1)               What exactly do we do?

We place self-employed machine operators of all sorts and further specialists. You are the principal. The self-employed entrepreneur to be placed in job is the contractor. It is our task to make contacts.

2)                Why are we allowed to do that?

We have concluded a contract for the management of the affairs of another with the self-employed to be placed in job so that we are allowed to act on his behalf in all contractual matters.

3)                How does that work in practice?

We submit a contract to the self-employed in which all business matters are governed by the principal, particularly hourly rates, possibly lump-sum payments for lodging, place of the construction site, etc.

4)                Where does the self-employed come from?

We place German or European specialists or specialists who have been living in Germany/Europe for many years. They have, of course, all required documents which can be sent to you on request for inspection in advance.

5)                Are the specialists employed with you?

Definitely not. Every specialist to be placed in a job is an independent entrepreneur.

6)                How much does the placement cost?

For you the placement is absolutely free.

7)                Could I look for a self-employed myself?

Yes, of course! But we have a pool of more than 300 self-employed specialists. So you don’t have to look for a suitable expert and check his qualification yourself.

8)     What is my advantage to speak to you?

We have more than 12 years of experience with the self-employed checked by us who can operate your expensive machinery throughout Germany, Europe and all over the world.

The self-employed ask the foreman/ site manager to sign a performance record which serves as accounting basis. You receive an invoice from the independent entrepreneur and remit the invoice amount direct to his company account.
